Not financial advice. BriefStock is an informational research tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BriefStock at briefstock.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier users and paying subscribers.
2. Description of Service
BriefStock is an AI-powered stock research platform. It generates research briefs using publicly available financial data, quantitative calculations (including P/E ratio, PEG ratio, DCF valuation, and FCF yield), and AI-generated narrative analysis powered by Anthropic's Claude.
BriefStock is an informational tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BriefStock. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using BriefStock on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately at support@briefstock.ai if you suspect unauthorised access
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Free Tier and Pro Subscription
Free Tier: Free accounts have access to a limited number of research briefs per month as described on our Pricing page. Free tier features may change over time.
Pro Subscription: Pro subscribers pay a monthly or annual fee as listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Billing: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all billing and payment processing. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If a payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free tier after a grace period.
Refund Policy: BriefStock offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date — no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@briefstock.ai with your account email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and processing times are subject to Paddle's standard timelines.
Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers via email.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract research briefs or financial data from the platform in bulk
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense BriefStock content or data to third parties
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying AI models or data pipelines

- Share your account credentials with others
- Circumvent usage limits through the use of multiple accounts

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
